Where Do We Stand If Our Judicial System Has Failed WeThePeople?

I listened to the G. Gordon Liddy Show today. It was an interview with Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, his legal council, Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily and Jerome Corsi. A very good interview about why Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin has refused to take any further orders until Obama shows his credentials:

The G. Gordon Liddy Show

Of note, towards the end of the show, Carl Swensson of http://www.riseupforamerica.com/ calls in and reports that he and 20 to 25 others were in Monroe County, TN in support of Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick, whose court date was today. Lt. Cmdr. Walter Francis Fitzpatrick was arrested on 04/01/2010 and was released on 04/06/2010. He was arrested while attempting to make several citizens arrest. One of these was for the arrest of the very judge who issued the warrant for Cmdr. Fitzpatrick’s arrest.

The issue is this: According to Tennessee law, the term of a grand jury foreman is limited to no more than two years. City and county officials have refused to investigate Monroe County Judge Carroll L. Ross for convening grand juries using the same jury foreman, Gary D. Pettway, for the past 27 years.

I phoned Carl right after he called into the Liddy Show and he told me that Monroe County was swarming with Feds. He describes the Oath Keeper’s Truck being detained at http://www.riseupforamerica.com/. Carl informed me that the court date was postponed as Monroe County officials did not want to deal with this issue under the spot light shining on them. The new court date is for 05/04/2010 and once again, we need to rally behind Cmdr. Fitzpatrick.

I, for one, am very disappointed in the turn out of support for the Commander today. We should have been in the thousands! I could not make it today but I am going to do my very best to be in Monroe Country on the 4th of next month. This man deserves our support and I ask you to be there too. Where do we stand if our judicial system has failed WeThePeople if we do not stand together?

“If we do not hang together, we shall surely hang separately.”

~ Thomas Paine

Update: Here is the report of what happened today in Monroe County from those that were there.
